The view from Marble is superb! Did you notice if the snowmobile track went farther up the road than the Rainbow TH?

Chucky- Humboldt is pretty bare right now. Check out the Picasa slideshow link for a couple pics of the south face. It wouldn‘t be worth a ski descent right now.

Bill- The snowmobile track did continue above the Rainbow Trail, but I don‘t know if it goes clear to the 4WD TH. It would be an easy cruise on skins.

I wish I would have been able to go with you . Excellent trip report and photos Kevin especially of the Crestones. Need to put that peak on my short list of peaks to do.
