I don't usually do Trip Reports but the site needs number 5,000 right?
Did Princeton a few weeks back from the Grouse Creek TH. At that time we were able to drive within 100 yards of the summer TH.
Time from truck to summit 7 hours and return time 4 hours. This is a big day and lots of elevation gain in a short distance. The bushwacking and postholing only added to the effort.
The truck is down there somewhere. Left the trail and headed for the ridge line way too soon but oh well.

Summit- the last register entery was Oct 4. didn't see any other people the entire day. Nice!
view of Tigger Peak and the standard route. I had never been on the standard route so I elected to descend this route. It made for a nice tour de Princeton. Be sure and have someone available to move your vehicle if you do this.

Numerous gullies on the north side filled with snow. It was late in the day for me and the snow was fairly solid, but made for a good excuse to use my ice ax.
