"AVSAR was contacted by Deputy Chris Lavery with reports that a man in his 20's had fallen from a ridge near Crater Lake in the Mt. Blanca area. Witnesses reported hearing sliding rock and then saw him lying motionless at the bottom of the ridge. They also reported that they had just met him on the trail moments before and that he was hiking alone."
