Yankee Boy Overhang Rock Question

Post by ColoNativeGal »

The overhanging rock on the 2w section, what is the height clearance on that? Would a stock 2016 F350 extended cab 8ft bed fit? Or how about a 6" lifted 2dr Jeep with 36" tires and a roof rack fit?
Thanks for the info!!

Planning to do Sneffels on 9/14 and then Wetterhorn on 9/15 and trying to determine what vehicle will work for both plus the long road trip to get down there. 8-[

The overhang is not going to be an issue for any vehicle.

The condition of the road however makes the choice of vehicle more relevant: https://www.14ers.com/php14ers/threport ... cnum=10511

Great, thanks for confirmation.

Right, still a couple of weeks away will keep an eye on conditions.
Thanks!
