Looks like he got some sleep... and is at it again, already.

And in another 17 minutes it will be exactly one week since he first set off. Wow - what a week!

GO HOMIE! It's awesome to see the seemingly endless support from his friends.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

That reminds me of this quote: "Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival." -C. S. Lewis

He has had great friends supporting him from the beginning, starting with Bill. I know Mr. Wright is a climber, runner, and author - with some speed records of his own - but he hasn't updated his website in ages. Anybody care to share a bio on this guy? He's certainly added a lot of value to the survival of this thread!

Go HOMIE! I'm always amazed at tests of endurance like this, inspiring to say the least.

Jason WTG! If anyone is the right person to keep that brutal pace you are!! I am sure he appreciated the company and support on that long stretch.

It's looking more and more like John is gonna pull this off if all goes well in the Elks and he shines like I think he is going to. So the remaining schedule could be:

Thurs: Yale, Massive, Elbert, HC
Fri: Pyramid, Bells, Snowmass, Capitol
Sat: Castle, Greys, Torreys
Sun: Bierstadt, Evans, Longs

Wish I had time to number crunch the estimated times, because it's gonna be close! We're proud of ya Homie regardless of what happens! Wish I could have supported him this week.

Just drove 10 hours straight from OKC to Silverthorne. Now I'm trying to catch up on the action. Did he do Huron and La Plata already? I don't see it in the post above. I didn't think he had.

Homie is starting up Mt. Yale from Denny Creek. Last check-in was at 5:50 AM and he was at 11,000 feet. Based on a healthy homie pace, he should top Yale before 8AM.

Go Homie!

this guys deserves a massive party thrown for him by all of us. he doesn't seem like the guy who'd be for it though. still - the dude deserves a looong night of free beers and greasy food
