I take lots of pics of summit registers! Including of my own entries. Mostly down here in the Southwest, since they are almost universal on desert summits. In recent years, registers on Colorado summits are the exception, not the rule.
Notably, I've seen the names of Gerry & Jennifer Roach in a lot of desert summit registers. Here's one that they (and their dog!) actually placed, on Little Virgin Peak in Gold Butte National Monument, NV:
My Grandson and I climbed James Peak on 7-9-18. We found a different kind of wooden box with Rite in the Rain journals to write your plans and experience of the summer.
I don't have a picture, but sometime in the '80's. I signed a register below Spencer Swanger on, of all places, Mt. Sherman. This was an April ascent, just my second non-summer 14er (first was Bierstadt).
Looks like Gerry Roach placed this one:

this one dates back to 1992, page shown is from 2013.

I think I recognize that second register. Eastern summit of Dark Mountain? I signed it in 2012, but remember that yellow grid paper and that it was placed in 1992.
My name has to be in that Cataract summit register.
I've been Garratted several times. Most recently this weekend. Roached, Kirked and Cooneyed a bunch too. I really should start carrying some registers myself.
