CO 306 (Mt Yale)
Does anyone know where the road closure is? It's listed as closed on CO Trip but is it possible to get to the Yale trailhead?

The closure is above the trailhead. You'll be fine.

I'm pretty sure they keep it plowed to that lot year-round; it's a big dropoff point for snowmobilers.

It's a year round trailhead. Also, while Cottonwood pass is listed as closed, they won't gate it until we actually get some snow. I just drove it a few days ago- it's dry as can be.

Thanks all. I was able to get there and up Mt Yale with no problems. I appreciate everyone's input.
