Is there dispersed camping along Tigwon Road towards Holy Cross TH?

Yes, there are a number of pull offs along the road. They start low and are scattered all the way to the top. I arrived around ~7 PM on a friday night a few weeks ago and made it to ~3 miles from the trailhead before I found the first unoccupied pulloff. It's a pretty popular trail, but I think a lot of people backpack in to the site past half moon pass.
