Hourglass was easily passable on rock as of 7/13. Three snowfields on the final summit slope are also passable on rock on the right - the third snowfield looks like it blocks passage, but there is just enough rock to get by.
Lower trail up to the boulder field are mostly clear, a few snow patches to cross. We didn't use flotation or crampons/microspikes, just kicked steps. A minor about of post holing on the way back down. Trail to treeline is mostly clear, a few snow patches, again no flotation needed.
