 Details

Winter conditions on the headwall and appears all the way to summit. Ended up turning around at 13900, due to snow conditions and ridge got very sketchy. We saw 2 parties summit today - and many many more turned around. I would give it a good amount of time to melt out. Props to Clint and Joey for helping break trail - and Jay for the ride back to our campsite!

Did you happen to have any pictures? How did the North Face Couloir look and how much snow was on the slope up to the saddle?

North Face Couloir was filled in decently - saw some guys hike up and ski down. Slope up to the saddle had 2 ft or so, but areas you post hole 3+ ft - was definitely slow going

Hey Mattbrill,
did you happen to see whether the pond was still there or perhaps even revived with snow fallen off the slopes?
Thx mountainute
