Road is closed at the junction between Route 12 (Mosquito Pass Road) and Route 696 (Road to mines). 696 is plowed beyond. We parked at the base of the split and hiked up Route 12. One dry section 1/2 mile in, otherwise solid snow the entire way. We climbed Tweto.
