For those of you like me considering what getting older means to our active lifestyle, here's someone who has a position on the matter that I like.
A compelling short movie, worth watching regardless of age.

Re: DAG nabbit
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
-Dylan Thomas

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
-Hunter S. Thompson, "Gonzo"
"“One hour of life, crowded to the full with glorious action, and filled with noble risks, is worth whole years of those mean observances of paltry decorum, in which men steal through existence, like sluggish waters through a marsh, without either honour or observation.”

Re: DAG nabbit
I hope more people than have commented on this thread took the time to watch the short movie.
While I would have a hard time living the lifestyle that Dag lives, his outlook on living and aging is fantastic: age is a construct that you can accept (and suffer the limitations it imposes), or not.
I lean more to the latter.
