Really wanting to ski Mt Wilson. most recent TR makes it look like there's enough snow. Anyone been up lately? Anyone interested in meeting up and skiing it?

Just because the calendar says May does not automatically mean everything is nice and consolidated and there is no avalanche danger.

I second the previous comment because wet slab avalanches are nothing to screw around with. If you haven't been getting a hard freeze at night, skiing or snow-climbing is a "no go" if you're traveling in avalanche terrain--most snow and ski routes on Mount Wilson are in prime avalanche terrain.

I'm aware, thank you. I have my AIARE and check CAIC, SNOTEL, and weather forecasts daily. I'm not going to go out if the conditions are dangerous.
