Horseshoe basin

Does anyone know if CR 260 into horseshoe basin is open? Thanks in advance.

I was up past montezuma on Sunday. I did not go into horseshoe, but talked to a guy who did. He went all the way to argentine pass. Virtually no snow anywhere to be seen
