Is the road to Denny Creek TH closed?
If yes, probably a stupid question, but if it is, are there other ways to get to it by auto?

Re: Denny Creek TH
I haven't checked on the road status but Denny CR was supposed to be closed all summer for construction. If you are after Yale, you can do the east ridge route from Avalanche trailhead. The road closure is supposed to be right after Avalanche.
BTW - good to meet you at Willow Lake last Saturday.

Re: Denny Creek TH
I don’t know whether the Denny Creek TH has reopened, but the road to the Avalanche TH is open. I thruhiked the Colorado Trail this summer and camped right near there in mid-July and saw a few vehicles in the parking lot and traffic on the road.Cygnus X1 wrote:I haven't checked on the road status but Denny CR was supposed to be closed all summer for construction.
