Ever hear of whale-watching tours? Set up wolf-watching walks somewhere up north that doesn’t necessitate a lengthy permit process to operate services in the area, make everyone sign a waiver saying not to sue you if they don’t see/get mauled by any wolves, and send me 10% of your total earnings for giving you the idea because I’m way too lazy to set it up myself.

That’s too easy. Gotta think bigger! It’s Friday though and I think my brain is fried from the work week.

Aren't all fears irrational?
JHFC it took you awhile to realize that you were wrong. ](*,)
It is like saying the oil rig or landfill or airport or power plant or refinery needs to go in your backyard. It is the argument, "As long as it is not in my backyard, it is fine." The people impacted are concerned. The people not impacted or wanted this service belittle the impacted residents when they share their concerns. You don't have wolves in your greenbelt, so my and my community's concerns and fears are irrational. I shouldn't be concerned because you're not dealing with it. I am wrong and have this irrational fear and have nothing to be concerned about because coyotes in a greenbelt are not dangerous.

Oil rigs, airports, and all manner of human destruction of the earth won't exist in my vision of the future: human goddamn extinction. I'm telling you, vote for me and guess what, all NIMBY concerns will be irrelevant. There won't be a single one that anyone has to worry about, because there won't be anyone to worry! Don't want the windmill in Timmy's backyard sandbox? Don't want wolves eating your Yorkie, Sadie? Vote for me and Timmy and Sadie won't have any problems whatsoever, because they'll be dead, because I've killed them all. Problem. Solved.

Wow, actually, those prices would almost motivate me to go through the process of getting a guiding permit in RMNP, especially if I can start the tour somewhere outside Park boundary lines where I can therefore set up my merchandise/coffee/food truck(s). But that would still involve work, and worse yet, working directly with people, so I’ll up my Colorado-version-of-this licensing fee to 15% if someone wants me to research the licensing process and 25% to file the paperwork for them!

Yea...why not. I'm sure if someone's willing to pay two grand to go watch a wolf for a little while they don't mind paying a few extra fees. Add in a photography component for more $.

Has the moose reintroduction to Colorado been a success? Colorado just does things better than the other states. :-"

Make sure to label the threat something scary and periodically change the name when the facts don't match up with your projections but keep getting scarier until you reach Wolf Crisis or Wolf Catastrophe and anyone that doesn't agree with you 100% is a Wolf Denier!
