Hi friends! My husband and I secured a permit for capitol lake on Saturday night (8/24) with plans to climb capitol on Sunday (8/25). Looks like the reservation can be modified to include up to two additional people - anyone wanna come hang out with us?
Full disclosure: I'm looking for someone(s) interested in climbing it with us, as my husband has expressed that he may not want to do the entire peak but doesn't want me to do it alone. We generally can hold 1000-1200 vertical ft/hour pace, obviously slower on more technical terrain. We've both done class 3 and 4 peaks before.
