Re: Your Top 5 Bands and/or Musicians of all Time
My five favorites change from month to month.
This month, I've been listening to a lot of Korn, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, and System of a Down. And when I don't want to be pissed off, I crank some acoustic Papa Roach.

Re: Your Top 5 Bands and/or Musicians of all Time
I gotta admit, Sleep Token is quickly moving up the ranks in my Top 10 (hasn't hit the Top 5 yet). While I wait for their new single (flipside of Emergence?) to drop, I'm still cranking my #1 (this year), Pantera. What a year for music! Lots of old bands touring and some ridiculous nu metal. Or whatever you want to call it. Seeing both bands this year and I can't freaking wait...

Re: Your Top 5 Bands and/or Musicians of all Time
I love that this topic is still going after several years!
Most of my favorite bands / musicians are pretty obscure and fit within a dreamy or power-pop vein. Would probably say:
* Common Children
* MAE
* The Sundays
* Parts and Labor
* Day Wave
* Toad the Wet Sprocket
* Tears for Fears
I guess that's more than 5!

I just want to mention that Widespread Panic begin its annual Red Rocks shows tonight. 25 straight years of three nights of sold out shows. While I have only seen about 20-30 of these shows, I have a friend whose has seen all of them!
