Meru on Amazon Prime

Post by Monte Meals »

Meru was recently added to Amazon Prime (free)

Meru is a 2015 documentary film chronicling the 2011 first ascent of a new climbing route up the
prow of the dramatic Shark's Fin on the northeast side of Meru Peak in the Indian Himalayas.

Definitely. I think I watched the screener six times before writing the review for Alpinist: https://alpinist.com/features/meru-docu ... -climbers/

Conrad Anker and Renan Ozturk came to Boulder (I think it was Boulder... this was a few years back) to talk about the film. All those guys have gone on to even bigger things!

I'll echo the sentiments from above: best mountaineering documentary out there.
