Not sure if there was a clear resolution here, but as an added data point I left my car parked at the 2wd trailhead overnight this past weekend. There were several other cars that did the same. I had no issues. The “no overnight parking” signs are still present.

We slept in the van overnight at the 2wd trailhead on 12/28/25 with no issues.
Consecutive months with at least one 13er or 14er: 102 months.
