The Colorado Fourteeners Initiative (CFI) has once again been partnering with REI to offer intro 14er classes in Colorado Springs and Denver - AND now in Lakewood! All are welcome whether you're looking to do your first 14er or have done a bunch.
Your instructors are Von, Beth, Wag, myself (Mary), and Steve pictured below. We are all long-time CFI Peak Steward volunteers/educators and experienced climbers. We'll teach you the essentials of preparation and safety - and some really cool stuff about the alpine environment and how to be a responsible guest there.
