Recovery operation complete on Sneffels 🙏

RIP to the man. May God comfort the family, friends, the 2 rescue personal who climbed up to facilitate the recovery, the lady who found him and initiated the SOS signal, the flight team, and the ground personnel.

Any details available? I lost a friend on Sneffels in July 2021. He was solo. It appeared he got turned around descending the SW ridge and fell down the west side.
Traveling light is the only way to fly.

Jorts: I would prefer to not go into the details of this tragic accident. The authorities should give the public the details soon.
