Anyone thinking of releasing their Bells parking permit for this weekend? Or anyone willing to let myself and my climbing partner hop in on your parking permit?
I'm more interested in Saturday as the wind forecast looks better, but of course that could change.

In previous years there is a kiosk at the ranger station to fill out day passes for hikers starting early/ before the shuttles start around 8am. May be worth calling the ranger station to see if its an option now
You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know.

In the past they held back some limited number of parking permits for release 72 (I think maybe have been 48) hours before a given date. I think they dropped at 8am. Not sure if that still happens this year or not though.
