The one time I did not strap my SPOT to my pack, I took a tumble stepping over one of the fallen trees on the trail exiting Ruby Basin. The tumble took place about a quarter mile down from Ruby Lake. I suspect the SPOT is on or just of the trail and is neon orange. Please contact me and can send funds for shipping. Thanks!
