I do not take issue with people who decide that an "almost summit" is the same as a summit.
I just point out that there is not "full support" for this position.

Just tag the summit. Seriously. The "no trespassing" isn't there to protect property, mining, ranching, or any industry or archeological interest. It's there so if you hike it and hurt yourself and try to sue then the landowners can point out they met their requirements of trying to keep people off whatever part of the mountain has some imaginary line on a map.
