Elbert to Massive Loop - 3 Days - Labor Day Weekend

Post by arthurtect »

Toying with an idea to do the Elbert to Massive Loop over Labor Day Weekend, and most likely doing it over 3-days. Plan is also out/back to South Elbert, Lackawanna, and French. I have done Elbert, most of the Massives and Deer, but the others will be first timers for me. Average pace is around 45-minutes per mile. Typically faster on trails, and slower when scrambling. The route will have some scrambling, but looks like we can keep it Class 3 or less.

Tossing this out there to see if anyone is interested. Could also be talked into other 2-3 day loops.
