Can't speak to any of the other suggestions, but IMO Precipice Trail in Acadia, while fun, did not really compare to even tame 3rd class on 14ers in terms of felt exposure for me.

I would say to go rock climbing. Once you are comfortable dangling off with nothing but air under you, exposure feels easier since you've done so much more.
