Not sure I am adding anything of value here, but I climbed the chimney August 5, 2024 and the rock was almost certainly there then. I remember the chimney being hard, but not what I would consider (in my limited experience) class 5. I am 6'3", but it didn't seem like anything I couldn't do or was concerned about, and it looked easier than the more recent pictures make it look.
