Piney Guard Station Access - FR700 and 744

Does anyone know the condition of Forest Road 700 and 744 (4WD, high clearance) to get to Piney Guard Station? Booked the cabin for this weekend but can only bring our dog with us if we can drive the whole way to the cabin. Have an AWD Ford Escape, just wondering if that car is sufficient for FR700/744. Thank you!
