Thanks for the little things

BM, thanks for the little things you do to the site! Color scheme, font, and I think I noticed some different photos in rotation on homepage.

Now if I could just figure out why the .com keeps being blocked by my employer, that'd be great. How's a gal supposed to get any work done if she can't access the .com??
