Not a whole lot of places along the roads or right by THs
Longs Peak has a pay-for campsite across the way from the E Longs Peak TH. There's also Olive Ridge a mile or so down the road and dispersed campsites outside Allenspark and off of CO 82.
Bierstadt has many "official" dispersed sites along the road, and a NFS campsite further down the road
Mt. Evans has a NFS campsite at the start of the Mt. Evans Highway
Grays/Torreys has a lot of dispersed camping right off the summer TH
Pikes has the NFS Crags Campground at the TH and Barr has Barr Camp halfway up.
Here's another way to check - the Map section on this site has a layer to show NFS campsites and 14er trailheads.

Yeah what he said, I didn't take a second to think about it.
"In anticipation of tomorrow don't lose sight of today"
Most of maintained campgrounds close sometime in September. Longs Peak, Echo Lake (Evans), Turquoise Lake (Elbert), Pawne in Brainard all closed for the season last week. Those at Lake Dillon (Quandry) stay open until the last weekend of September. So dispersed camping maybe the better option, with Elbert Half Moon a good choice.
