Wow, that's amazing! I'll echo Ben's comment here about always seeing your names on summit registers and the Recent Ascents page on LoJ. Honestly, with how often you guys climb, I assumed you'd finished the 13ers years ago. That LiDAR, though... I met you both years ago at some gathering? Can't even remember which one. But congratulations. Sooooo... What's next?

Congrats John & Renata. I'll echo that too, I've seen their names in so many registers especially in Lost Creek and surrounding area. I think it was last year that I saw their names on Burntop. Schoolmarm, and maybe Martland.

You might remember me from 14erWorld?

Outstanding job.
Again, I ENVY people who have finished the 14ers (hoping to join the club soon).
I ADMIRE the people who have finished the centennials (maybe someday if God is very gracious).
I AM IN AWE OF the people who have finished the 13ers (not gonna happen for me).
Congratulations!!!!

Congrats! Really amazing. So, 1992 first one...thats 33yrs, average of ~17-18 peaks per year. Assuming with 14ers and others thrown in its way more than that. Curious what your schedule was; i.e. peaks per year? Same question for other 13er finishers. Do you live in Colorado?

Sincere congrats to both of you. For those who don't know, these two are serious mountaineers who have many ascents of mountains around the world. Despite their list of accomplishments, what has always impressed me the most is two things: how they focus on really having fun and enjoying their time in the mountains, and how much time they've invested in helping and accompanying others along the way, whether or not it's to climb something that advances their own goals. They are genuinely kind and caring people as well as skilled climbers.

It's always awesome to see a power couple finish! Congrats! I'm glad to have joined you on a few summits in the Sangres and I can't wait to see what you two accomplish next!
